SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average shipping times are 1 to 3 working days. (excluding public holidays)
Our average delivery times delivery are 5 to 10 working days. (excluding public holidays)

- Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver throughout Europe. (International shipping is possible subject to acceptance and upon request via our contact form).
The delivery charge is €2.90 for a shipment within Europe . The delivery charge for an international shipment will be communicated when you request it in response to the form.
- Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered via your local postal service.
- What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they're small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office or a collection point, where you can collect it.
- What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to update the information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
You can return your product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item(s) as soon as it arrives with us. (excluding delivery costs).
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be emailed to us as proof of delivery. (livresbilingues@gmail.com)
